Because our services involve time, expertise, and often immediate action, most are non-refundable once work has started. However:
If you’re unhappy with a completed service, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We’ll review your concerns and may offer a revision, alternative solution, or partial refund depending on the situation.
Brinket Reports and audits come with a one-time revision included, if requested within 7 days.
For custom projects (e.g. website builds), a 50% deposit is non-refundable, but remaining payments may be paused or adjusted if scope changes.
We always aim to be fair and if something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it better.
